Nutrition and Physical Activity Self-Assessment for Child Care(Go NAP SACC) is designed to promote healthy child development by supporting healthy eating and physical activity for the children in your care. It is intended for providers in child care homes and child care centers that care for children birth to 5 years of age.
Go NAP SACC looks at your health related policies, practices, and the overall environment of your child care through a self-assessment. Then based on the assessment, you can decide which areas you want to improve. Training and one on one mentoring is available to help you prioritize and reach your goals over the next 3-6 months.
